Natalie’s entrepreneurship skills started as a little girl when she watched her grandparents and parents build successful businesses of their own. Raised in the Knoxville area for over 36 years, Natalie would say her heart is for her friends, family, East TN and all that it stands for. She loves spending time with her family on Fort Loudon Lake, hiking with friends, and supporting small businesses. She has a passion for volunteer work and ignites that by working with her children's PTO program, local church, Loudon County community, and leading a Women’s Bible study.
Natalie has been serving the Knoxville and surrounding community in Sales for over 20 years, She has received Top Sales and Recruiting Achievements for over 14 years. She has built a successful business from the ground up in which she regularly traveled around Knoxville and surrounding counties educating them on removing toxic chemicals from their homes. Natalie is a people person, went over and above more than once, flexible, accommodating, found out answers to questions, wants clients to be happy. She is very knowledgeable about the area. She does her very best to make sure you get what you are looking for in a house. A few examples of when she went above and beyond. We lived in another state when we were trying to buy a house. Natalie would tell us about different neighborhoods that had houses for sale to see if we would feel comfortable living there. Since she really knows the area, that was very helpful. Once we put an offer on a house, she was very good at helping us negotiate. When we actually went under contract on a house, we decided we wanted to have it painted and the flooring re-done while we were still out of state. That isn't an easy thing to do. Natalie got our selected paint colors, put the paint on a poster board, and took it over to the house with flooring samples. We wanted to see what paint looked good with what flooring. Not many realtors would do that!! She also made numerous trips over to the house when we couldn't remember a particular thing about the house. She was great. -Joann
