Tim was born and raised in South Carolina, and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. His passion is for people and serving them with integrity, loyalty and fairness. Tim spent almost two decades in public service, first as volunteer firefighter and then as a law enforcement officer. As a Community Action Team Officer, he built strong relationships with residents and local politicians, which helped him to effectively handle each community's needs. Through his service he has been able to effectively and passionately love and serve the communities where he has lived. In 2021, Tim felt called to leave law enforcement, move to Tennessee, and serve the community of Knoxville as a real estate agent with Honors Real Estate Services.
Tim is an avid outdoorsman, specifically enjoying hunting, fishing, and shooting. On the weekends, Tim will be found attending his local church and finding ways to volunteer in his community. Tim enjoys traveling, particularly overseas and/or in big cities, where you can find him people-watching with a good cup of coffee in hand.
A few fun facts about Tim is that he has appeared on Live PD while serving as an Investigator with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in Columbia, SC. He also took part in a law enforcement exchange program with the Rheinland-Pfalz Police Department in Germany, which dealt with Gang Investigations. He has been to language school overseas in Honduras. He served as Vice President for South Carolina Insurance Fraud Investigators. Tim’s first home was a fixer-upper that he lived in while completely renovating, which is where he discovered a passion for real estate.
