As a true Knoxville native with a passion for this beautiful city, Chris Glafenhein aims to lead and serve buyers and sellers alike. A commitment to community, integrity, and a vision for both personal and professional growth drive him to treat others as he would be treated. The process of buying and selling real estate should be exciting and refreshing,and Chris strives to deliver that experience.

 

Growing up in Knoxville Chris spent much of his time in and around the swimming pool. Starting his journey at Village Green Swim Team, then team captain at Farragut High School, ending as a Junior National qualifier at Tennessee Aquatics. He later coached at Getteysvue Country Club, growing his passion for teaching and growing others in his community.

 

Chris attended Queens University of Charlotte in Charlotte,North Carolina where he gained honors such as the Dean’s List, McColl School of Business Board of Directors Scholar, Vice Archon of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, and two NCAA DII National Championships with the Queens Swim Team.His servant heart followed him into the classroom and school community as he was a writing tutor and member of the Campus Union Board.

 

His professional career lead him on a journey through several corporate management positions which eventually lead him back to Knoxville. Back home, he has joined his family in the real estate world,learning from the best in the industry under his father Glen Glafenhein, his brother Wil Glafenhein, and the welcoming team at Honors.
