Patrick has been active in real estate since 2020. In addition to assisting clients with buying and selling homes, he brings specialized experience in new construction and flipping, having built and flipped more than $6 million in real estate. That background adds practical value when purchasing land, selecting builders and architects, estimating costs to complete, and assessing finished value. It also benefits more traditional buyers considering light renovations, whether through realistic repair estimates, connections with contractors, or knowing what issues are cosmetic versus consequential during negotiations.
Patrick approaches real estate with a business mindset, because for most people it is the largest financial decision they will ever make. As a CPA and founder of multiple companies, including a seven-figure startup, he understands the numbers, financing, and negotiations behind each transaction. He has been in your shoes as a buyer, seller, and investor, and he does not take that responsibility lightly.
That being said, Patrick chose real estate because he enjoys working with people and the unique challenges every deal brings. Selling or buying a home can be stressful, but having the right partner not only brings value financially, but brings practical support along the way, with tips, tricks, and connections to help.
Outside of real estate, you can find Patrick, with his wife, chasing their four children. They enjoy participating in their church, Sacred Heart, here in Knoxville, and rooting on their alma mater, Notre Dame. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, he's also happy to talk about home and how it is similar (& dissimilar) to East Tennessee.
