Her professional background is both diverse and deeply people-focused. Rachel has served as an International Sales Manager in the motorcycle industry, a probation officer at the local level, and in a separate role within the federal government. Each chapter strengthened her ability to listen closely, manage complex details, and connect with individuals from all walks of life. She also spent years as a stay-at-home mother managing a working farm while homeschooling her children—an experience that honed her adaptability, calm under pressure, and commitment to doing things the right way.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Rachel blends empathy with analytical skill. She approaches real estate as a meaningful life transition, not just a transaction, and takes time to understand what truly matters to the people she serves.
